Terms & Conditions – GamePH Platform Rules

1. Eligibility

Access to GamePH is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry or have been previously banned from the GamePH platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

GamePH reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Providing false information during registration or verification may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balance.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on GamePH. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. This information is used for account verification, KYC processing, and the secure handling of withdrawals.

• KYC Verification: All accounts must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before withdrawals are approved. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of address.
• OTP Verification: Login and certain account actions are protected by one-time password (OTP) verification sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. GamePH will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Username and Display Name: You may not use names that impersonate other persons, contain offensive language, or violate intellectual property rights.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on GamePH are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The platform does not support credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for betting transactions.

Accepted payment channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, subject to availability and verification status at the time of your transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on the selected payment channel.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before release. Accounts with completed KYC verification typically experience faster processing times.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals are generally returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to channel availability and platform policy.
• Transaction Fees: GamePH does not charge platform fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit Limits: GamePH may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to any account at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

Any deposit made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegitimate payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Gameplay & Betting

GamePH offers a range of gaming and wagering products including slots, live casino games, sports betting, eSports, and other titles available in the game lobby. Each game or betting market may carry additional rules specific to that product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

• Random Number Generation: All slot and table games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG). Results are not influenced by previous rounds, bet sizes, or account history.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games use real cards, wheels, or dice operated by professional dealers. Results are final once the round closes.
• Sports Betting: Odds and available markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the locked odds apply regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void Bets: Certain events may result in bets being voided — for example, match cancellations, walkovers, or technical failures. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are shown within each game interface or betting slip.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a technical error or disputed game outcome, GamePH reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes. GamePH's decision on disputed outcomes is final.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

GamePH may from time to time offer bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback arrangements, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The availability, structure, and conditions of any promotion are determined solely by GamePH and communicated through official platform channels.

• Promotion Terms: Each promotion carries its own specific terms covering eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and withdrawal conditions. These are published alongside the relevant promotion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms .
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held on an account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: GamePH monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including coordinated betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Accounts found to be abusing promotional offers may have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• No Guaranteed Returns: Promotions are offered as an enhancement to gameplay. GamePH does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any promotional offer.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the GamePH platform. Violation of any of these may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage Access: Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Filing false chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to reverse legitimate transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live casino or poker-style formats.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to move, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Account Manipulation: Attempting to bypass security measures, access other players' accounts, or manipulate account balances through unauthorised means.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, forged identification documents, or misleading information during KYC or support interactions.

7. Privacy & Data

By registering on GamePH, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy. You also agree that GamePH may contact you via your registered email address or mobile number for account-related communications, including security alerts, transaction confirmations, and platform updates.

• Data Retention: Account and transaction data is retained for as long as required to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.
• Third-Party Sharing: GamePH does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required.
• SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the GamePH platform is protected by SSL encryption.

8. Limitation of Liability

GamePH provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for losses arising from technical downtime, connectivity issues, or maintenance periods.

• Gaming Outcomes: GamePH is not liable for financial losses resulting from gameplay. All betting and gaming activity carries inherent financial risk, and outcomes are never guaranteed.
• Third-Party Services: The platform may rely on third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. GamePH is not liable for failures or errors originating from these third-party services, though we will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly.
• Force Majeure: GamePH is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GamePH's total liability to any player shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

9. Account Termination

GamePH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion is detected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account activity is inconsistent with responsible gaming behaviour and the player has declined offered support measures.
• A valid self-exclusion request is received from the account holder or an authorised representative.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10. Changes to These Terms

GamePH may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure before the new terms take effect.
