Account and Registration

Head to /register and fill in your details — name, email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number. Once that is done, set a strong password and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes. There are no registration fees.

GamePH is strictly for players who are 21 years old and above. This is a platform-wide rule with no exceptions. During the KYC verification process, you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID that confirms your age. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed.

GamePH uses a standard KYC process. You will typically need a valid Philippine government-issued ID — this can be a PhilSys national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or similar. A clear photo or scan of the front and back is usually sufficient. Some accounts may also require a proof of address. The support team will notify you if anything additional is needed.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, including any balances held in them. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, contact support instead of opening a new one.

Use the account recovery option on the login page. You will need access to your registered email address or Philippine mobile number to receive a verification link or OTP. If you no longer have access to either, contact support at [email protected] with your account details and they will assist with manual identity verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on GamePH are in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion involved. What you deposit in PHP is what reflects in your account balance, and withdrawals are sent back in PHP to your chosen local payment method.

GamePH supports Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are among the commonly used e-wallet options in the Philippines and are supported where applicable. The exact list of available methods is shown in your account dashboard when you initiate a deposit. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on GamePH.

Most deposits via local e-wallets and online banking reflect in your GamePH account balance within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank and the time of day. If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and they will look into it.

Log in to your account and go to the withdrawal section of your dashboard. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PHP, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method you used to deposit as a standard security measure. Make sure your account verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process payouts.

GamePH does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
